Rules for reporting bugs:

1. You must be able to reproduce a bug before you report it.

2. Each bug should be reported in a separate thread with a descriptive topic title.

3. All bug reports must include a foolproof step-by-step procedure to reproduce the bug.

Include every mouse click in your description. You cannot include too much detail.

4. If possible always attach a SWF, SWM (or screenshot) that illustrates the problem.

Please, if there is inadequate information we can't tell our programmers what needs to be fixed and we'd hate to miss something. We can't be wasting time chasing "it seems a bit unstable" style bug reports.

Thanks,

Hugh
