Updating Templates To Server

Hi all:
I am having a small problem that is really driving me crazy: I make changes to a specific page/section (section3.swi), a simple text change withing the .swi file. I save the changes, and then I export the updated "section3.swf" file to the UPLOAD folder, and I then go to the Web site and use their control panel to upload the file (deleting the original file first). But some some reason, the updated version of the section3.swf file doesn't show up - you continue to see the old information from the original section3.swf file that was there before. I sometimes have to go back and re-do the changes seven or eight time before they finally take effect. Any ideas as to what might be causing this issue (...and it's not just with this spefici .swi/.swf file - it happens with almost ALL of them)?
