Hi.
When I started to resume this exploration, I had to get a new key. The original key registered to the same email address as Max was registered to was lost due to a disk re-image problem back in April. I had to use an alias email address as I received a response that my registered email address was already used and I could find no way to re-issue a duplicate.
Could this cause any conflicts with the performance of the component?
Thanks.
Rob

Hi,

Databanks has a 1 key to 1 email constraint.
If you use a new email to obtain a new key, simply quote the new key to the component.

Thinking more about this, if you have any of your old .swi files that accessed databank, you should be able to read the key back from the databank component parameters area.
