Though it works in ssite 109 [ shutterspeed ] adding a hyperlink [ getURL, not <> rendered as html ]
every hyperlink I add is invisible clickable in any other subpage.
I know I am doing something wrong... but not what.

...are you referring to the "multi_scroll" template?
If yes...your problem here is, what in general is called a "bleeding" link, even if the link is on another page it is still in the same section and even after placing another shape and some text (an other page) on top, the link will be still active.
The only way around this is to apply complex scripting or place the link out side the area occupied by the other links.
