Hi everyone,

I'm a new user to SWISH and I love it. I've been wanting to do a draggable Clock Hand (Kinda a trick) to teach my nephew how to read the time.

Any idea how you can make a draggable hand and allow it to stop at the different times in an analogue clock? Any advise on steps to do it would be great. Thanks and keep on SWISHING!

it might be a little more complex for you being a new user to swish. It will require a bit of code. One piece for the dragability and another for the analog clock itself.

you might want to start with looking at some of the swish help and look for some of the following

Relating to dragging of objects:

moveTo()
lineTo()
lineStyle()

Relating to Time/Date:

date()

Hope this gives you a little start on where to look.

Thats not necessarily true (the moveTo() lineTo() things i mean). This would not be too difficult to do using a little trigonometry.
