Will Urban Work In Swishmax 3?

I noticed that the Urban template can be used with SwishMax3, according to the site www.swishkaufen.de.

I am hoping someone will know of an upgrade available? Swishzone.com shows the template only working in SwishMax. The FAQ's for Urban suggest downloading the latest version of SwishMax 2. It's a little confusing, so I am hoping an upgrade to SwishMax 3 is available.
