SWiSHpixTC, or 'ThemeCreator', is an application you can use to make your own themes for SWiSHpix. SWiSHpixTC uses SWiSHpixAC 'Artwork Creator' (or SWiSH2) format SWIs for animations, and you can create your own themes using your SWiSHpixAC skills which will wow your friends and family. The theme is a separate file so you can share it around or even make some for others.
