Search and replace doesn't seem to be working properly with version 2008.08.12. I have several movieclips with the code:

onFrame (3) {playSound("zzturn.wav");} // click sound

I tried search and replace to change this to

onFrame (5) {playSound("zzturn.wav");} // click sound

But it didn't work.

This problem has been fixed and will be available in the next Beta release build.

Replace doesn't work for me in SwishMax3 and I'm just trialing SwishMax4 and still have the same issue. It cant even find any text at all.

I'm just trying to replace text in layout (just text body, not scripts)

So is there another update?
