Hello everybody! I have some problems when i try to export the main.swf file, the flash won't start. Or it does start but it acts very dizzy.. same thing with the sound.
Just take a look at this http://www.suryam.ro/site

I know i did all the editing the right way i just can't figure out where i go wrong. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Thanks in advance!

well, doesn't look that way :) whatever you done there makes main.swf re-start again and again (the swf loads ok) and that's not the case with the default template (and my copy of the template) so what I suggest here, is to try again afresh.

..well, the default template http://www.swishzone...te62/index.html does not have that problem, so it must be something you have done, that is causing it - I've done the template for one of my clients and don't have that problem http://www.sherireaves.com/.
So I suggest that you gat a new copy of the template and try again - download the template again and go to mySWiSHzone, log-in with you registered email and password and get another unlock key.

I tried a fresh copy, and it still doesn't work. Just to make sure it's not from editing, i opened main.swf and save/exported as it was, without any change. The result was the same. The sfw file kept loading and loading over and over again.
If i tell you how to change the texts on that file, do you think you could give me a helping hand? That would mean a lot to me

Thanks in advance!

Later edit:
I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the way settings are at exporting

...well, at least we have established what program you are using - tomorrow, I'll convert the template to SWiSHmax2 and see if I can sort this out.

Hi there, did you get the problem sorted? I have exactly the same problem with my copy, as in the main page keeps loading.

Any help would be appreciated.

Steve.

I am having the same problem as (link) http://forums.swishz...showtopic=54689

Developed the site on laptop Windows Vista. Works great.

Bought new laptop, Windpws Vista. Downloaded SwishMax 2, installed.

On the new laptop I export the swf's and the mainmenu page opens the swf for a moment then tries to reload but hangs and the "folder" loader. It jumps bounces up an down and the "pages/folders" won't display. Deleted all, reloaded the site files, test the unedited (and therefore not exported) files and is fine. Export any swf and the above described problem still happens.

Reloaded SwishMax2 on the old laptop, loaded the files and tried exporting...all is fine. The oold laptop is getting ready to die. I need to get SwishMax2 working on the new Laptop. Deleted all Swish references from the new laptop. Uninstall SwishMax2, deleted all references from regedit and reloaded ( from My SwishZone download link) again. Still same problem. Any export causes site to fail to load. On test or live.

I have the site up and running but cannot update it until I resolve the problem. Please advise. I can ftp all files to a location if needed.

Contacted support. They sent a link to get build 2009731a. Downloaded it, reloaded the Swish site. Tested existing as-is files in the "Upload" folder (uneditied in any way by me) and they work great in preview...and when ftp'ed for live viewing.

However, if I open any .swi file included in the web template package and export them to update the .swf file in "Upload"...the fucntional operation of the main.swf (mainmenu.html) page keeps trying to reload and then just stops without loading.

So are the templates dependent on old versions of SwishMax2 or are the new versions not compatible with SwishZone templates?
