I've had Swish Video 3.5 for some time now... mostly using it to convert AVI to FLV for use in my web pages.
I wanted to put a green screen behind me, do a video, then substitute the background with something more interesting than my blank wall.
All fine and dandy... looked at the help page... it said to click "FLASH 8 + ALPHA" which i did... and the software said I needed a CODEC. I saw a link in the page which took me to a web page... it had several listed. I clicked ont he standard, loaded it, rebooted, tried it again. It said I needed a CODEC.
Okay... tried about three or four of the downloads... not working.
1) Does someone have a DIRECT LINK to a codec that they know works for this?
2) Other than installing the codec and rebooting... anything fancy I need to do to make Swish Video 3.5 recognize it?
And... while I'm at it... can I select a second video to underlay as a moving background... like trees in a breeze... or am I stuck with stationary images? I suppose I can figure the rest out... but I really do need the codec.
Thanks,
Jerry

If you have issue with the codec, please make a support call, I'll try to catch it quickly to help you with it.
