ANSWERED:Adding External Calendar Into A Frame

I have a vacation rental website and I want to add a live booking calendar from another site/link into one of the frames in Site 75 just under some text. Any tips?

...you would need to place it into a "Pop-Up", which has HTML environment as flashplayer has limitation of reading HTML.
