Hi to all friends here
i would like your help as i am not so experience user of swish max

i want to make a tablet with some empty spaces that can add someone some numbers

in this empty areas i want when i enter a range of numbers with one button/enter in an other space of the tamplet will appear a onether number or word

example :

0 - 100 = 1980
100 - 199 = 875


so if someone write the number 45 in my text area then with button/enter will appear the 1980 in the other area

and if he writes the number 154 will get the result 875


hope make you understand what i want to do in generaly

I don't see the connection between 45 = 1980 and 154 = 875

what is the formula behind it ?

mmm i wish i knew it

i want when someone place a number from 1 to 100 the result be ''A''
and from 101 until 200 will take the result ''B''


to make it more understandable lets say that we have a product and with the serial number someone can take some information.. so products with serial from 1-100 can take the result ''A''

so if i have the product with a serial number 56 when i place it in the form i will take result ''A''

ps: i am not from uk/usa so sorry for my bad english

yes i think is that i want... i can run for now swish max file as i am from my ubuntu system... but swf file i check is what i want to do

can i ask one more help about script??

what is the script rule in order to transfare what we writte to the other one as a result ?

if we write 1924 in the first box will get as result 1924
and when we place 342 will get 342 in the result box etc

ps: these will be different boxes than the first ones
