On the gallery template, the first three thumbnails behave differently than the remaining 23 when clicked on. When you click on the first three, it doesn't change; after clicking, the thumbnail remains a darker shade. The remaining 23 are white when clicked on and return to their original color after being clicked. What parts of the first three can I change to make all the thumbnails uniformed?

I have already created picture thumbnails, but this does not change how the thumbnail reacts when clicked on. I still have three thumbnails shaded when clicked on, and 23 thumbnails white when clicked on. How can I change the properties of the picture thumbnail when clicked on?

...it's the transition of the alpha level of the shape "color" from 100% to 80% - double-click on the second "place" effect in the timeline in each "THUMBS/THUMBS*" movie clip.

Problem with 216 gallery - similar symptoms as discribed by tsg13: "On the gallery template, the first three thumbnails behave differently than the remaining 23 when clicked on. Thumbs react correctly when compiled by SwishMax (see test2.rewilson.net) but not when compiled by MiniMax4 (see test3.rewilson.net). BTW - also tried with MiniMax 2 and 3 - same result as 4. Only gallery.swi was compiled by Max and MiniMax4 - then renamed section5.swf.

Any ideas?

...again, it must be something you have done to that section, none of the thumbs are supposed to change their color after you clicked on it, check out the default gallery section here - http://www.swishzone...e216/index.html

Wolf, I did nothing but:

- download and exec/extract a clean copy of Site216 from SwishZone
- compile /templates/gallery.swi using SwishMax, export gallery.swf to /UPLOAD, deleted /UPLOAD/section5.swf, renamed gallery.swf to section5.swf, ftp contents of /UPLOAD to test2.rewilson.net - Site 216 works correctly
- compile /templates/gallery.swi using MiniMax4, export gallery.swf to /UPLOAD, deleted /UPLOAD/section5.swf, renamed gallery.swf to section5.swf, ftp contents of /UPLOAD to test3.rewilson.net - Site 216 does not work correctly

BTW - I get the same results testing locally.

I performed an additional test. After compiling etc. with MiniMax as above, I used the same files and recompiled with SwishMax. Site216 worked correctly. I think that this test indicates that the contention that something was changed in the files to cause the malfunction is incorrect.

There is a difference in the way SwishMax and miniMax4 (also 2 and 3) compile gallery.swi from Site216.

Do you know which program was used to compile the site at /www.swishzone...e216/index.html? Have you tried to duplicate my results? I think that I am using the latest copies, but am I?
