like hughB posted http://forums.swishzone.com/index.php?s=&a...st&p=288946 QUOTE I'd like to know what plans (they're probably Top-Secret) Swishzone has for new components in the near future and beyond? Tell us what you want and we'll try and make it This post has been edited by crslz: Oct 29 2009, 05:04 AM |

Sorry, I don't understand, what are you trying to achieve? Do you want to open a document in a new window, rather than in a new tab? thanks, H |

Hi,
Have you considered the menu component? Your menu structure is defined in the Tree parameter like this: CODE News=ShowNews; Services= { Local= { Area=area; State=state; } Remote=RemoteServices; } Gallery=Gallery; Support=Support; AboutUs=15; The area on the RHS of the = is the name that is sent to the event function. If you have a much more complex menu, simply create the structure in notepad (or similar) then cut and paste into the parameter field. If you have a menu with only 1 level of sub menus then you can use the "Perpendicular format" To see what I mean, drag the menu component onto the stage, set Direction: Vertical Style: Perpendicular Dx: 121 Dy: 20 this will show the sub menu immediately to the right of the main menu item. It may not be exactly what you want but it is close. Alternatively use Style: Tree This will show the sub menus to the right, but it will move the other main menu items down. Generally this is ok as those menu items return when the selection has been mande and the menu is in its non expanded state. Jon |
