I have created a website in SW2 with export settings for SWF8. I recently upgraded from SW2 to SW3 and would like to add a new SW3 component to my current website. The SW3 component requires export to SWF10. If I update my movie settings from SWF8 to SWF10 to accommodate the components requirement will this affect the way my website displays? Also, will I need to make this change to each movie in this template?

I would like add that to add that to the "navbar" section. I would like that to be visible on every page except the welcome page. If that is possible, will I need to add this component to each movie or will you please tell me where to add it?
thanks

...I don't think you can use that component the way you want it with this template, firstly because it's swf10 and secondly it would interfere with the functionality of it.
Sorry

..you can improvise - I've done sort of a "Ticker-tape" in swf 6 - it's not quite what that component is but the links are working (you'll need SM2-2009.11.30+) e.g...
tickertape_swf6.swf 13.8K

tickertape_swf6.swi 125.07K
